Green & Company, Inc. Store instructions and troubleshooting error messages:

Add multiple items:
If you want to add another item, simply click Back (the Back button on top left of your browser, not the store Back button underneath it), returning to our site. Click the next item, which returns you to our store and displays all the items you have purchased.

Changing or removing items or units:
If you inadvertently added too many units, wish to remove an item or want to change units for paying an invoice, click the Basket icon up top. On the Basket screen, click Remove, or change the Quantity and then click Update. Then click Check Out in the upper left.

Problems changing units or checking out:
If you have trouble working our Basket or with the Check Out process it could be one of two reasons.

Disabled cookies:
You may have disabled your “cookies” in your Web browser. This is not a problem. Just re-enable your cookies, refresh your browser and it will work. Here is the specific fix for the current version of Internet Explorer: In the browser, go to Tools, Internet Options, Privacy, Advanced. On that screen, put a checkmark in the "Override automatic cookie handling” box.

Firewall issues: You may have a firewall configured to block the AVS (Address Verification System) that our storefront software and gateway uses for credit card processing. In this case, either reconfigure your firewall, or just call or fax in your order to (212) 658-9502.

We apologize for any inconvenience you may experience in our store. We elected to use the highest security possible, which requires these steps (cookies and AVS).

Check Out process:
When you are ready for checkout, enter your "Ship To" information. Then click the Continue button on the bottom right. On the next page, in "Pay With," use the dropdown menu to select American Express, Visa, Master Card or Discover. Then click Continue on the right. On the next page, enter your "Payment Information." Then click Continue on the right. Wait a few seconds for your payment to be processed (this is fully secure). The next page will show your payment receipt and your "Download Information" at the bottom.

Download:
All Guides come with a downloadable file, which contains the user name and password you need to login. The downloadable file is a Adobe Acrobat (PDF) file. You can quickly download Adobe Acrobat Reader – it's free and everyone on the Internet uses PDF files.

Login:
Click Login on top of our home page. Click the Login button for your Guide. Enter your user name and password, and the Guide opens in your browser. Navigate around our Guide the same way you navigate our Web site.

Save/Print:
You may save all Guide pages to your hard drive and/or print them out. They’re your guides, so do what you wish (except show the Guide to others; that wouldn't be fair to us).

If for any reason you can't open your PDF file, simply e-mail us at info@greencompany.com. Within a short time (usually within the hour; no later than 24 hours), we will e-mail you the user name and password.
