James “Jamie” Hardy is the audit and attest partner of Green NFH, LLC, as well as a founding shareholder of Neuschwander, Faircloth & Hardy, P.C based in Alabama.

Role with the firm: As a partner of Green NFH, LLC, Mr. Hardy is head of audit and attest. Jamie focuses oin coordinating financial statement needs including internal controls, quality control standards, compilations, reviews and audits for the investment management, construction, manufacturing, non-profit, governmental and condominium owners’ association industries. As head of the firm's internal and quality controls, as well as our peer review, Jamie excels in firm management and compliance.

Mr. Hardy has a very diverse audit background. He began his career auditing various local municipalities and school systems. He has since expanded his audit experience into both the nonprofit and private company sectors in a variety of industries. He has a vast knowledge of Statements on Auditing Standards (SAS), Statements on Standards for Accounting and Review Services (SSARS), Statements on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE), Statements on Quality Control Standards (SQCS), Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) and Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB). He is currently devoted to timely implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

EDUCATION

Mr. Hardy received his Bachelor of Business Administration (Accountancy) at The University of South Alabama. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in both Alabama and Florida.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA). He is also registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

Additionally, Mr. Hardy serves as a board member and past president of the Central Baldwin Chamber of Commerce, the Central Baldwin Education Foundation and the Hope Foundation (fundraising arm of Youth Reach Gulf Coast).
