   MARK M. FELDMAN, JD

 

Mark Feldman is a senior attorney with GreenTraderTax and GreenTraderFunds with over fifteen years of experience in tax law. Since 2003 he has been an independent tax consultant, helping individuals and corporations on domestic and foreign tax issues. In addition, he has written opinion letters and research memoranda for Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, Kostelanetz & Fink (NY law firm specializing in tax litigation) on a broad range of tax matters. He previously was a senior tax associate with Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP , New York, NY (1998-2003). His experience covers a wide array of domestic and international tax matters, including:

  • Configuring and restructuring foreign ownership structures by hedge funds and other entities

  • International planning for high net worth individuals

  • International holding companies/ private equity investments

  • Subpart F, including active financing exception and insurance rules

Mr. Feldman graduated magna cum laude from Yeshiva University in 1988 and received his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1992 . He is admitted to the bar in New York.
