We are very pleased to announce that effective January 2012, Darren Neuschwander, Nathan Faircloth and James Hardy Jr. became Member owners of our CPA firm. Congratulations and thank you to them and their families. To accommodate our new partners, in January 2012 we formed Green NFH, LLC. As Managing Member of Green NFH, LLC, Mr. Neuschwander is head of our CPA firm's tax preparation practice. Mr. Neuschwander is in-charge of the firm's best practices, quality controls, and reviews. Mr. Neuschwander focuses on practice management, compliance, professionals, training, networks, standards and more.

Mr. Neuschwander co-hosts some trader tax seminars and Webinars, and is a key team member in the production of our annual GreenTraderTax examples guides. Mr. Neuschwander originally joined GreenTraderTax in 2002.

Mr. Neuschwander earned the degrees of Bachelor of Business Administration (Accountancy) graduating Cum Laude and Masters of Accountancy (Taxation) at Auburn University. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed by Alabama and has been granted the privilege to practice pubic accountancy in California by the California Board of Accountancy.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA), and the Estate Planning Council of Mobile, Inc.

Additionally, Mr. Neuschwander is a member of the Federal Tax Committee of the Alabama Society of CPAs (currently serving as the chair of the committee), the Advisory Board of the Auburn University School of Accountancy and the Robertsdale Rotary Club (where he served as the 2009-2010 Club President). He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Robertsdale Rotary Foundation, Inc.

He was a member of the Individual Income Taxation Technical Resource Panel of the AICPA from 2007 through 2010.
