Accounting Services:

Our main goal is to tailor our accounting solutions to the very specific needs of our clients, not to force feed standardized services to clients and insist on minimums. We start with important listening and consultation sessions. Sometimes a client needs specialized accounting software (and we have a few low-cost ones) and other times they don't (e.g., if a client uses prime brokers). Another important point is that our clients usually don’t require the added high-cost services of an “administrator.”

What we offer: Every hedge fund needs to prepare net asset value (NAV) and other accounting reports for their investors, as often as monthly and at a minimum annually. Learn the challenges of investor-level accounting for hedge funds in our "Accounting for investment management businesses" Webinar. We use excellent software for hedge funds and managed accounts. We have highly experienced CPAs conducting monthly and annual accounting work for these businesses. Our reports for your investors are well designed; investors can login to a secure Web site to see the results quickly each month. They will be very pleased!

Our CPAs provide reconciliation for trades, cash, portfolio position, portfolio valuation, dividends, interests, corporate actions and custodial capital accounts. We prepare monthly accounting based on needs for investment management business, managed account reporting for managed accounts, and monthly NAV reports on timely basis. Our reports include a performance record. For some incubator fund clients, we lower our price by performing quarterly rather than monthly accounting.

We calculate monthly P&L allocation to investors. We can assist with investors subscriptions and redemptions, with cutting edge technology for secure online investor reporting. We maintain ongoing communication and relationship with brokerage, investors, investor service group, auditors, and with our team of attorneys and tax consultants. We provide assistance to the funds' audit, banking audit, and other compliance reporting.
