Login Information:

Web access logins for 2013 guides work until Jan. 31, 2014, giving you plenty of time to prepare your 2012 tax returns and conduct your 2013 year-end tax planning. The 2012 guide logins work until January, 31, 2013.

Troubleshooting:

Be sure your browser is set to allow Popups for www.greencompany.com for Login access.

Upper and Lower Case must match exactly.

How to get your User Name and Password: When you purchased your guide, you received a Purchase Confirmation displaying a download icon and link. You also received an email from GreenTraderTax.com titled "your download files are here." That download link works for 3 attempts or 72 hours, which ever comes first. The download is a one page Acrobat Reader pdf file which includes your User Name and Password to login to our Web based guides. If you are too late in opening your pdf file, contact us by email with a copy of your order and we will email you the User Name and Password.

If you have trouble logging in: Upper and Lower Case must match exactly. Note, you must enter the User Name and Password exactly as stated and make sure you are trying to login to the correct guide.
