We focus on private investments.

We represent the interests of either the investor or the company raising the capital.

Our value in this area has mostly to do with consulting you on your direct investments into private companies.

We leave financial consulting about investments in public companies on securities exchanges and mutual funds to duly registered investment advisors and securities brokers. Many of our clients are very successful investment advisors and securities brokers for their dedicated clients and we can recommend you to them if you are interested. We also recommend using the Internet brokerage firms for your public investing and banking needs. As your tax preparer, we see your investment results each year and we have the efficient opportunity to make suggestions for suggested investment plan modifications and improvements (examples - to be more or less aggressive to reach your financial goals, to diversify investments, to take less risk, to make more or less tax-free investments, and/or to change your asset allocation mix).

For private investments

As accountants, our training and professional bias is to be careful and skeptical of risky and speculative private investments. As business advisors, we are very supportive of good business opportunities. We have years of experience with private investments.

We can help you evaluate the prospects of private investment opportunities, show you the tax consequences or benefits, help you conduct due diligence and research, help you in negotiating the your deal, help you manage and control your investment, and create the best structure for your acquisition and/or the investment vehicle for legal, tax and other benefits.

We represent both the investor or the person looking for investors. We handle both sides. We also can act as business broker, finder and consult you on mergers and acquisitions.
