CTA/CPO Performance Reporting

Dear GTT,

I have seen the 14 column standard performance template for CTAs/CPOs. I would like to create a template to mimic this format. Would GTT be available to help on a consultative basis (paid of course) to ensure that I am accounting for additions/withdrawals within the account appropriately?
