Does this mean that if I were to setup an entity such as a single-person LLC, with no employees other than myself in order to claim earned income, than a Mini 401(k) or SEP IRA would not be covered by ERISA?

I haven't checked every site on the list, but so far the one with the cheapest commissions are from TDWaterhouse. If other posters find a cheaper site, please post a response. Thanks!
