Would like to trade FOREX while unemployed

I am currently unemployed in Kentucky and receiving unemployment insurance but wish to start a FOREX trading business. I have a 457 Deferred Compensation Plan from a previous employer that I am considering borrowing funds from to start the business but am wondering if this affects me receiving benefits.

I have many other questions but this is the first big question.
