Could you send the monthly(or quarterly) reports, tax reports or check sheet directly to our investors if we engage you as our accountant after setting up the hedge fund? Would you offer any other services such as service as our management company as well?

Typically, our clients have wanted to maintain their contact with their investors. It allows them to "keep the pulse" by having periodic interaction with the investors.
But not all situations are typical. We can certianly provide you with any number of services, including distribution of your periodic statements.
Other types of services we provide include maintaining the day-to-day accounting records for the fund (and the management company if you need that service as well), preparing the K-1s that go to the investors as of year-end, preparing the tax returns for the fund, the management company, and your personal taxes, performing your annual audit, and even helping you get set up with a web site for your investors if that is appropriate for your needs.
